🔎 Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s journey.
🧾 Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country.
For orders shipped to the United States, we use DDP shipping. DDP means Delivered Duty Paid — applicable import duties and customs clearance fees are paid in advance, so customers in the United States should not have to pay additional customs charges upon delivery.
For many European Union countries, the price of our floor lamp does not exceed the duty-free customs threshold, so additional customs duties may not be charged. However, this may depend on your country’s local customs rules and tax regulations.
